2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under 18 may use this Website only under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3Products and Information
- Product photography and illustrations represent authentic kitchen creations; however, minor natural variations in colour, thickness, and crunchiness can occur between agricultural harvest batches of bananas, rice, and groundnuts.
- Nutritional values on product pages represent standardized lab estimates.
- Product availability, ingredients, and pack pricing may be revised periodically. In all cases, details printed on the delivered pouch label shall prevail.
4Allergen and Dietary Information
Customers with dietary allergies or health conditions must thoroughly read the printed ingredients list and allergen statement on each pack. Our kitchen handles peanuts, cashews, sesame seeds, and gluten. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where warnings are clearly labeled.
5Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable GST unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed transparently before payment checkout. In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
6Order Placement & Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed upon dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock exhaustion, suspicious fraudulent activity, or unserviceable pin codes with full refund to the customer.
7Payments
Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay). You certify that you are authorized to use the designated payment mode. We are not liable for transaction failures caused by issuing banks or network outages.
10Intellectual Property
The Elavarasi Foods brand name, logo, mascot illustrations, pack artwork, copy, recipes, photographs, and UI graphics are the intellectual property of Elavarasi Foods protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark Acts. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
14Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific affected order. Nothing in these Terms abrogates mandatory statutory consumer protections under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection legislation, the civil courts in Thrissur, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms or transactions on this Website.
